Client Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

J.B. Hunt Transport Services is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Handle client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients in navigating our online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate issues as needed - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes to better support clients

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Experience in people management or customer service - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
