Job Description:
Waste Management is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Assistant to join our remote team in Dubai. As a Client Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, complaints, and requests - Provide information and guidance on product or service offerings - Assist clients with account setup, changes, and troubleshooting - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with colleagues to support overall team goals and initiatives
Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure - Creativity and analytical mindset to identify solutions and opportunities - Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus
