Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Tech Data is currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Client Support Associate to join our team on a part-time remote basis in Dubai. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to kickstart their career in the tech industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot client issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to better assist clients - Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
