**Job Description:**
As a Client Support Manager at Sanmina, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, AE, offering part-time hours. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.
**Responsibilities:** - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Prepare regular reports on client performance and present findings to management - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to inform client strategies - Provide training and support to clients on how to use products or services effectively
**Requirements:** - 7+ years of experience in client support or account management - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients' needs - Excellent research skills to gather information and analyze data effectively - Hardworking and able to work independently with minimal supervision - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
