Job Description:
Nakheel Properties is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and support for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide guidance and support to clients on various products and services offered by the company - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Manage client expectations and relationships to ensure long-term partnerships - Create and maintain detailed client records and documentation - Proactively identify areas for improvement in the client support process and implement solutions - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients
Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a client support or customer service role - Independent and reliable with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Strong planning and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Knowledge of CRM systems and client support tools - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Fluency in English is required
