Job Description:
Etisalat is seeking a highly experienced Client Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai. As a Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our products and services, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client support.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive the highest level of support - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and seek feedback to continually improve the client experience - Analyze data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for client support improvements - Develop and implement client support strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Adaptability and passion for delivering excellent client support - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Knowledge of CRM systems and client support software - Flexibility to work remotely and manage a part-time schedule
