Job Description - Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional client support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist clients with account related inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 4. Educate clients on product offerings and services to enhance their banking experience. 5. Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client support experience. 7. Creatively solve problems and find innovative solutions to client challenges. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.


Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent client service. 2. Energetic and positive attitude, with the ability to engage with clients effectively. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess and address client needs. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box. 5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently in a remote work environment. 8. High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
