Job Description:
The Client Support Officer at Flydubai will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients remotely. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Client Support Officer will handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive and seamless experience for all clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, booking reservations, and any other queries they may have - Troubleshoot and resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and efficiently - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients - Stay up to date on company policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Reliable and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Negotiation skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism
