Job Description:
LifePoint Health is seeking a confident and energetic Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Client Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is ideal for someone with strategic planning and leadership skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs and preferences - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and loyalty - Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them navigate any issues or challenges they may encounter - Assist with the development of client support strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback for analysis and reporting purposes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client support services
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role - Strong strategic planning and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus - Able to work independently and as part of a team
