Job Description: As a Client Support Officer at Asbury Automotive Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely. Your primary duty will be to ensure that clients receive top-notch service and assistance with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will work closely with our team to maintain client relationships and provide solutions to their needs. This is a part-time position with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and other virtual platforms. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further needs. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience. 7. Uphold company values and maintain a positive attitude in all client interactions.
Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Resilient and energetic personality traits to effectively handle client interactions. 3. Strong persuasion and creativity skills to resolve issues and meet client needs. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 6. Proficiency in using various communication tools and software. 7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
