Job Description:
Al Ghurair Group is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Support Representative to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving any customer complaints - Documenting all client interactions and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system - Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and support for clients - Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and working with management to implement changes - Providing feedback and insights from client interactions to help improve our products and services
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or client support roles - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients and address their concerns effectively - Reliable and resilient, able to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting - Proficiency with CRM systems and other customer support software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
