Job Description:
CMS Energy is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate-level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, possess strong presentation skills, and thrive in a teamwork-oriented environment.
Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide support to customers with billing inquiries, service requests, and account maintenance - Assist in processing customer orders and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize multiple systems to accurately document and track customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to address customer questions effectively
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Flexible work schedule to accommodate part-time hours
