Job Description:
Auto-Owners Insurance is seeking a Contact Center Assistant for remote work in Dubai, AE. As an Associate Level position, the Contact Center Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients over the phone and through online chat. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being independent and hardworking.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide professional and responsive customer service to clients, resolving issues and answering inquiries promptly and accurately. 2. Utilize problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns and find solutions to meet their needs. 3. Creatively think of ways to enhance the customer experience and provide personalized solutions. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer service and communication. 6. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and growth within the role.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and creativity in finding solutions. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 7. Ability to work remotely and maintain a professional work environment.
