Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description: Rite Aid is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all incoming calls and inquiries. You will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with their needs and providing solutions to their inquiries.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions. 3. Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues. 4. Escalating complex inquiries to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Documenting all interactions with customers in our CRM system. 6. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 7. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Independent and confident personality traits. 3. Strong cooperation and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 8. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home for remote work.
