Job Description - Contact Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job description:


Supervalu is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be energetic, hardworking, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of working cooperatively with a team.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Utilize CRM systems to accurately document customer interactions and update customer information. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. 5. Meet or exceed performance metrics for call quality, customer satisfaction, and sales targets. 6. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance with regulations.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 3. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other contact center technology. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule.
