Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

First American Financial is seeking a motivated and passionate Contact Center Associate to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Conducting outbound calls to clients to gather information and provide assistance as needed. 2. Handling inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively. 3. Utilizing excellent communication skills to maintain positive interactions with clients. 4. Demonstrating strong planning and organization skills to manage workflows efficiently. 5. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure high-quality customer service delivery. 6. Adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. 7. Continuously seeking innovation in customer service strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Demonstrated motivation and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing environments and technologies. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 7. Flexibility to work remotely and handle diverse client needs effectively.
