Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Old Republic International is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our remote team in Dubai. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the customer service industry. Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly and empathetic manner - Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation of interactions - Follow company protocols and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills in English (additional languages a plus) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using basic computer programs and systems - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - No prior experience required - training will be provided
