Contact Center Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

DAMAC Properties is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, feedback, and complaints. - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and pricing. - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues. - Input customer information into the company database accurately. - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions. - Strong soft skills such as creativity and critical thinking to effectively problem solve. - Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English. - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
