Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction - Manage a team of remote customer service representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support - Handle escalated customer concerns and provide resolutions in a timely manner - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations - Develop and maintain contact center policies and procedures - Oversee scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and meet service level goals - Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or concerns - Provide regular reports to upper management on contact center performance and trends


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 6+ years of experience in contact center management - Proven track record of successfully managing remote teams - Strong communication and leadership skills - Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions - Proficiency in contact center software and tools - Experience with strategic planning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Confident and reliable personality traits - Ability to work part-time with flexibility in scheduling - Equal opportunity employer, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
