Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at Dubai Internet City. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with a seniority level of mid-to-senior. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in managing contact center operations.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the contact center operations, including performance monitoring, staff training, and customer service quality. - Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity within the contact center. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Lead and motivate contact center staff to achieve set goals and objectives. - Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their performance. - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - Proven experience as a Contact Center Manager or similar role. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team to achieve goals. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and make decisions when necessary. - Dedicated and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. - Strong cooperation skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
