Job Description:
Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This is a part-time remote position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in contact center management.
As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our contact center operations, including managing a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and optimizing efficiency and productivity. You will be expected to lead by example and set the standard for excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, streamline processes, and achieve key performance indicators. - Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement. - Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for enhancing our contact center operations. - Maintain a positive and engaging work environment that fosters teamwork, creativity, and a customer-first mindset.
Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management. - Proven track record of success in managing a contact center team and delivering outstanding customer service. - Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. - Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Excellent planning and people management skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely, while staying motivated and focused on achieving goals. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
