Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Newmont Mining is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai, AE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in a contact center management role and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.

Responsibilities: - Manage a team of contact center agents, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction. - Develop and implement contact center strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in contact center operations. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals. - Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a professional and timely manner. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members. - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contact center management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. - 8+ years of experience in contact center management. - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. - Excellent research and analytical skills. - Ability to cooperate and collaborate effectively with team members. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
