Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work

Frontier Communications is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in Dubai. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work remotely. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.


Responsibilities: - Manage the day-to-day operations of the contact center, ensuring that customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive performance metrics - Train and mentor contact center staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer interactions effectively - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide a seamless experience - Report to senior management on contact center performance and make recommendations for improvement


Requirements: - Adaptable and resourceful personality traits to thrive in a dynamic work environment - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills to foster a positive working relationship with colleagues - Proven experience in managing a contact center and driving results - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
