Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Remote Work


Job Description:


As a Contact Center Manager at DAMAC Properties, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our remote contact center team. Your main focus will be to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient handling of inquiries, complaints, and feedback. You will also be responsible for managing a team of remote customer service representatives, monitoring their performance, and providing coaching and feedback as needed.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote contact center team - Set performance goals for the team and monitor their progress - Develop and implement training programs to improve customer service skills - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and productive working environment for the team - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for team members - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Requirements: - 7 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Proven experience in people management and team leadership - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and decision-making - Dedicated to providing excellent customer service - Ability to work remotely and manage a remote team effectively
