Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a dedicated and resilient Contact Center Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi for remote work. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing information about products and services, handling and resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. 3. Ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining positive relationships with customers. 4. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues through effective problem-solving skills. 5. Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. 6. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless communication and customer support. 7. Documenting customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the company's CRM system. 8. Continuously improving customer service skills through training and development opportunities provided by the company.

Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role. 2. Resilient and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong project management and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
