Contact Center Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team at Broadcom. This is a part-time, remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through email.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to all company policies and procedures - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to work part-time hours remotely
