Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Majid Al Futtaim Holding. This part-time remote position is based in Dubai, with the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Document all customer interactions in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed established performance metrics and goals

Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong planning and communication skills - Experience in a customer service or contact center role - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and independently - Excellent problem-solving skills - Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
