Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description: Symantec is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the tech industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chats from customers and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and technical support. 3. Utilize creativity and persuasion skills to effectively communicate solutions to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately and timely in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality service standards. 7. Meet KPIs and targets set by the company.


Requirements: 1. Reliable and energetic personality traits to effectively handle customer inquiries. 2. Strong creativity and persuasion skills to engage with customers and provide solutions effectively. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. 6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
