Customer Care Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Flydubai is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Care Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction - Collaborate with other team members to create innovative solutions and improve customer experience - Make informed decisions to best serve the needs of our customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently - Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced dynamic environment - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
