Loews is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. This part-time entry-level role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are looking to expand their skills in customer service and work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner - Maintain customer records and documentation accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer satisfaction enhancement

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Analysis and adaptability skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
