Job Description:
Textron is seeking a passionate and energetic Customer Care Manager to join our team on a remote work basis in Dubai. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and to the customer's satisfaction - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners - Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Train and mentor junior customer care team members - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer service
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and hardworking personality - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
