Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and confident Customer Care Manager to join our team at LKQ. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently and effectively.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor customer feedback and survey results to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer data and trends to make strategic decisions and recommendations - Train new customer care team members and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 7+ years of experience in customer service or customer care - Proven track record of successfully managing a customer care team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software
