Job Description:

Lithia Motors is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer in a remote work position based in Dubai, UAE. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Officer will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 5. Continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge. 6. Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold the brand's reputation. 7. Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Resourceful and reliable with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent emotional intelligence and persuasion skills. 4. Ability to work independently and remotely. 5. Strong communication skills in English. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
