Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Customer Care Officer to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This role is part-time and entry-level, ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Strong research and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service is preferred
