Customer Care Officer - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Customer Care Officer to join our team at Ecolab in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a part-time, remote work position suitable for individuals at an entry-level with at least 1 year of experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolving customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conducting research to provide customers with accurate information and solutions. 4. Negotiating with clients to reach mutually beneficial solutions. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer support.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus. 6. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
