Customer Care Representative - Remote Work

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic and passionate about providing top-quality customer care.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Responding to customer emails and messages with accuracy and empathy - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Working with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborating with other departments to improve customer service processes - Updating customer records and information in the company database

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work remotely and independently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong decision-making and cooperation skills - Energetic and passionate about providing exceptional customer care
