Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and streamline processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on Staples products, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to customers - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company

Requirements: - At least 3 years of customer service experience - Energetic and confident personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Innovative and adaptable mindset - Proficient in Microsoft Office and online communication tools - High school diploma or equivalent
