Job Description - Customer Service Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange for remote work. As a part-time entry-level role, this position will require someone who is adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced and evolving work environment.


Responsibilities: 1. Providing exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and online chat. 2. Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 3. Assisting customers with account setup, login issues, and general inquiries. 4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends. 7. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Ability to work in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. 6. Must be energetic, adaptable, and able to work independently.
