Job Description - Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:


L Brands, a leading retail company, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing customer support from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service to join our team at the Associate level.


Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong presentation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication skills in English - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required
