This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing customer support from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 3 years of experience in customer service to join our team at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer queries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers - Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless customer experience - Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
