Illinois Tool Works (ITW) is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and general support issues. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system. 6. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Requirements: 1. Motivated and resourceful individual who is eager to learn and grow in a customer service role. 2. Strong people management and adaptability skills to handle a variety of customer interactions. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
