Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Walgreens Boots Alliance is looking for a reliable and independent Customer Service Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns effectively - Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with online orders - Process returns and exchanges according to company policies - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements: - 2 years of customer service experience - Strong time management and critical thinking skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in using computer systems and online platforms - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours - High school diploma or equivalent
