Oneok is looking for a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Dubai. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels. This part-time position is perfect for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services - Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers - Time management and strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
