Customer Service Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote work position is based in Dubai, AE and offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service to clients around the world.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Understand and meet customer needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and patience - Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed performance goals and targets

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and driven with a passion for customer satisfaction - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication skills and fluency in English - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs
