Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at salesforce.com. This is a remote work position based in Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer service team, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service - Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support where needed - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to implement strategies for improving the overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service - Handle hiring and onboarding of new team members
Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively - Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment - Creative problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
