Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Cameron International is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dubai, AE. This position offers the opportunity to work at a mid-to-senior level within a dynamic and innovative company.


Responsibilities: 1. Oversee a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor key performance indicators and create reports to track team performance and customer satisfaction levels. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Hardworking and reliable with a strong attention to detail. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism. 7. Strong planning and organizational skills. 8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
