Job Description - Customer Service Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


CST Brands is seeking a reliable and independent Customer Service Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service management, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our customer service operations to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Monitor and analyze customer service performance metrics - Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and provide appropriate resolutions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Strong attention to detail and communication skills - Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention - Experience working in a remote environment - Bachelor's degree in business or related field - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
