Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Aldar Properties, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely from Dubai. Your primary duty will be to assist customers with inquiries, complaints, orders, and general information about our products and services. You will also be responsible for handling customer issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing customer orders and returns - Upselling products and services to customers where applicable - Maintaining accurate customer records and information - Collaborating with other departments to address customer concerns - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Energetic and dedicated personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Strategic planning and decision-making skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
