Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative for eBay, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to eBay users from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account issues, payment problems, and product inquiries - Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide seamless customer support - Stay up-to-date on eBay's policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is provided to customers - Use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and find solutions - Utilize persuasion techniques to encourage customers to make purchases and utilize eBay's services

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Must be able to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
