Global Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will allow you to work remotely from Dubai, UAE. We are looking for a hardworking and resourceful individual with excellent time management and communication skills to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Process customer orders and provide order status updates - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed customer service goals and metrics
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required
