Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and adaptable Customer Success Associate to join our team at Whirlpool. This is a remote work opportunity based in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and relationship building.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing training on our products and services - Track and report on key customer success metrics to measure performance and impact

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working remotely is a plus
